Our pieces are made with natural crystals, which may feature slight inclusions, textures, or internal markings. These are natural characteristics, not defects.Unless otherwise specified, metal components are not sterling silver. Over time, natural wear such as fading or oxidation may occur due to contact with water, sweat, perfume, or other chemicals. We recommend proper care to maintain their appearance.
Bracelets are made with a standard wrist size of 15 cm (approximately 5.9 inches). If adjustments are needed, we offer one complimentary resizing service. Shipping costs for adjustments are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for style changes only. Items must be in original condition and suitable for resale.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or other non-human factors, please contact us within 48 hours. To ensure a smooth exchange process, kindly take clear photos of the issue immediately upon receiving the item.
Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for exchange.
Wear & Care
Each bracelet is strung by hand using high-quality elastic cord, suitable for daily wear.To extend its lifespan, please avoid excessive pulling, wearing during showers, or intense physical activity. We also recommend removing it when in contact with chemicals.
We offer one complimentary repair for accidental breakage within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
